Exciting News! Changes Coming to Your Student Experience

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news about a positive change coming your way. Starting on February 27th, we’ll be launching a brand-new Student Portal designed to make your CPA journey smoother and more enjoyable.

To accommodate the launch of the new system, the current CPA Portal will not be accessible from 6 pm AST on Feb. 15 until Feb. 27, 2024, when the new platform goes live.

What’s New:

Personalized Profile Access: Easily access your profile and update information directly. Your CPA journey, your way!

Access to your invoices and receipts: Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances in one easy spot. Plus, instant payment allows you to finalize your registration in real-time.

User-Friendly Design: The new system will have an easy-to-use interface, making it simpler for you to access and manage your student information.

Anywhere, Anytime Access: With a cloud-based platform, you’ll be able to check your academic details from anywhere with an internet connection, giving you the flexibility, you need.

Seamless Registration: Registering for CPA preparatory courses, PEP modules, workshops, events, and the CFE is now a breeze. Enjoy a streamlined registration process.

Effortless Program Tracking: Seamlessly track your program progress with enhanced features. Stay on top of your achievements effortlessly.

Track your CPA path: Track your CPA path effortlessly with an interactive planner, ensuring you stay on track toward your goals.

When the portal is live on Feb. 27, you will sign into the new Portal using your CPA ID number – you will be asked to create a new password upon initial log-in.

  • If you do not have a CPA ID, please use your email to register.

The deadline for Registration for the Spring CFE and Capstone 2 has been extended to March 8 to accommodate for the data freeze.

  • Students can register for the May CFE or Capstone 2 using the current Portal until 6 pm on Feb. 15. Following that, registrations will be available on the new Portal starting Feb. 27 and running until Mar. 8, 2024.

Payments will not be processed between Feb. 15 and Feb. 27

  • Payments can still be received by the school and confirmation of receipt can be provided; however, no payments can be processed in our system during the data freeze.
  • With the launch of the new system, we will be accepting credit card, debit, and pre-authorized debit payments only, allowing for real-time processing so you can seamlessly complete your registration.

Update to Membership Dues

  • With the launch of our new Portal and internal data system, there is an update to how Student Dues will be processed going forward. We will be transitioning from dues being charged on anniversary dates to all dues being charged on April 1st of every year.
  • For Students whose dues are set to expire between May – Sept 2024, you will receive a prorated dues invoice in your current anniversary month that will cover the period for your annual dues remaining in the old billing cycle. You will then receive an invoice for the 2025-2026 dues billing cycle on April 1, 2025. As of April 1, 2025, all dues renewals will be set on the same schedule.
