Contest Rules for Submitting a Testimonial for a Chance to Win a $250 Amazon Gift Card

1. Contest Overview:
Participants are invited to submit a testimonial about their experience with CPA Atlantic School of Business by 11:59 PM (Atlantic) on December 16, 2024 for a chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card.

2. Eligibility:

  • This contest is open to individuals who are 19 years or older and reside in Bermuda or in Canada in the following provinces: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Employees of CPA Atlantic School of Business, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

  • Submit a written or video testimonial about your experience with CPA Atlantic School of Business.
  • All entries must be submitted via the website form.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Testimonial Requirements:

  • Testimonials should be genuine and based on your personal experience.
  • By submitting a testimonial, you agree to grant CPA Atlantic School of Business permission to use your testimonial for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and marketing materials.

5. Contest Period:

  • The contest begins on August 26, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (AT) on September 3, 2024.
  • Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection:

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 5 days after the contest ends.

7. Prize:

  • The winner will receive a $250 Amazon gift card.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

8. General Conditions:

  • By participating in the contest, you agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of CPA Atlantic School of Business, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • CPA Atlantic School of Business reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the contest process.
  • CPA Atlantic School of Business is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

9. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the contest will be used for the purpose of administering the contest and notifying the winner.
  • By entering the contest, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with CPA Atlantic School of Business privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability:

  • CPA Atlantic School of Business is not responsible for any technical issues or other errors that may affect your ability to enter the contest.
  • By participating in the contest, you release CPA Atlantic School of Business from any liability arising from or related to your participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
